Chef Mark Peters is delighted to be launching a new range of cookery lessons where all ingredients are supplied and the Cookery Lesson is carried out in the comfort of your own home. A list of lesson themes will be available soon, but we will create the course around the client and make it a bespoke service.

Half day lessons at  £65 per person (9am-1pm or 2pm-6pm) (2-6 People)

Full day lessons at £85 per person (9.30am-3.30pm) (2-6 People)

All ingredients included in the price.

A Bag for life and Cooks apron complimentary for each student.

Coffee on arrival and a glass of Champagne served at the end of the lesson.

Recipe Pack supplied

 Tasting of finished dishes as prepared by you during lesson.

Cookery Courses at Braxted Cookery School with Chef Mark Peters

Braxted Park Cookery School

Mark is delighted to be working in collaboration with Braxted Park Cookery School to offer Fine Dining cookery classes in the beautiful surroundings of the park and new purpose built kitchens within the school at Braxted Park, Essex. Mark will be taking classes in the New Year including “Entertaining with ease” where the majority of ingredients will be sourced from local farms and growers.

Cookery Courses at Baumann’s Academy with Chef Mark Peters

Mark is delighted to be working with Mark Baumann, heading up his very successful academy.

A maximum group size of six people will ensure you get the most out of the course – with bags of personal instruction and guidance. Meanwhile, the easy going, interactive nature of these sessions, with ample time for discussion, will help you put your newly learned skills into practice with confidence when you return home.

The classes run from 9.30am to 2.30pm and are priced between £135 and £180, depending on their degree of complexity and ingredients used. All students receive a glass of bubbly as well as an exclusive Baumanns Cooking Academy apron as
a memento of their day.
