We had 18 guests and after consultation with Mark decided upon a buffet style party menu. Mark came back to us with very interesting and delicious dishes to choose from for each course. I recently returned to the U.K to celebrate my mothers  Birthday. My wife and I arranged a cottage and also hired Mark Peters to create a bespoke meal based upon my mothers rather finicky requirements.

My expectations of the meal and Marks professionalism were not only met by surpassed in all areas. The food was as expected from a professional Chef, but the difference was Marks attention to detail and his commitment to our total satisfaction from beginning to end.

Introducing the set courses, describing the preparation and content of the dishes was really something special. My mother was overjoyed and expressed to us this was the best birthday ever! What more could I ask. I can wholeheartedly recommend Mark and would advise anyone who can appreciate great food and excellent customer service to hire Mark.
