Abbie Norbury is a fully qualified Nutritional Therapist and registered with both BANT (British Association of Nutritional Therapists) and the CNHC (Complimentary and Natural Healthcare Council). She gained her BSc in Nutritional Medicine at the University of West London. Although current regulation only requires a Nutritional Therapist to be qualified to Diploma level in order to practice, Abbie believes that when you’re working in the field of health and wellbeing, it’s important to be qualified with as much depth and breadth as possible.
Abbie has run her own business, Norbury Nutrition, for the past 4 years and through this runs a regular Nutrition clinic where she see’s clients on a one-to-one basis, and also offers half and full day workshops, in both a corporate and health and fitness environment.
As a fully qualified Personal Trainer and Yoga Instructor, Abbie’s expertise goes one step beyond what’s expected, to genuinely offer a holistic service so that she can best assist clients in all of their health and wellbeing requirements.
